You will be joining a leading MNC in the Semiconductor-OSAT Business as an Independent Board Member. Your background in OSAT operations, Sales, and Marketing will be highly valuable in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Determine the mission of the organization and understand its collective purpose - Fully engage in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary for the organization to advance its mission - Leverage connections, networks, and resources to develop collective action to achieve the organization's mission - Select, support, and evaluate the performance of the chief executive - Lead strategic and organizational planning - Ensure strong fiduciary oversight and financial management - Drive fundraising and resource development - Approve and monitor the organization's programs and services - Enhance the organization's public image - Assess the performance of the governing body of the organization - Ensure legal and ethical integrity If you are a retired or recently superannuated professional with strong OSAT Operations/Sales & Marketing experience in India/Overseas, you are encouraged to apply for this position.
