Role & responsibilities: Responsible for performing the following: Checking the conformity of raw materials and consumables to be taken into stock with the technical specifications according to the control plans and making the necessary measurements. In case of detection of unsuitable raw materials or consumables in incoming and production quality control, taking the materials to the quarantine area, notifying Quality Engineering and Purchasing units and contacting suppliers. In case of non-conforming material detections, in line with the determined criteria, opening the corrective and preventive action request to the suppliers and performing the necessary work follow-up for the closure of the actions. Providing the necessary coordination with other Quality Operators, Warehouse and Shipment units for incoming controls. Making lot-based addressing of all controls made through the ERP system, preparing control reports, collecting all data related to the unit, entering them into the digital environment and reporting to the Production Quality Unit Supervisor and Quality Engineer. Where required, rotate with other Quality Control Operators and work in Final Quality Control and/or Process Quality Control Operator positions. Fulfill the instructions given by the his/her manager regarding environmental and waste management. Fulfilling all the duties assigned by his/her manager in a complete manner when necessary. Complying with the occupational health and safety rules and monitoring the compliance. Complying with the necessary Environmental and OHS measures specified in processes and instructions. Participating in the emergency drills. Reporting the hazardous situations that may cause occupational or environmental accidents to the HR & Administrative Affairs Unit. Using the necessary protective equipment. Disposing the wastes appropriately at the points designated by Waste Management. Contributing to the development of the system with improvement suggestions on Quality, Environment and OHS. Being careful and meticulous in the use of electricity and water in order to reduce the use of natural resources. Reporting near miss events to the Occupational Safety Specialist and the upper manager and helping to take precautions. Using the electricity and water in a careful and meticulous way in order to reduce the use of natural resources. Fulfill completely his/her duties on emergency communications and plans. Obeying the safety signs and signalers. Preferred candidate profile: Graduated preferably from the relevant departments of Vocational Schools (Electricity, Electronics, etc.) Having knowledge and experience in input, production and final quality control. Having experience in electrical-electronic production and recognizing components. Ability to use electrical and dimensional measuring instruments. Having knowledge and experience in quality management systems. Ability to use a computer, and MS Office programs at a basic level. Ability to read technical drawings. Having knowledge of English technical terms / open to learning. Having the advanced planning skills, disciplined, organized, hardworking and teamwork oriented. For male candidates, completed his military service.
