The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in their own job and the business. As a recognized technical authority in a specific area within the business, you will require basic commercial awareness and developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others. Your work will have a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables, providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Collaboration with multiple technology teams is essential to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, identify and define necessary system enhancements, analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and recommend and implement solutions. Responsibilities include providing expertise in the area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of apps support, formulating and defining systems scope and objectives for complex, high-impact application enhancements and problem resolution, reviewing and developing application contingency planning, and working closely with various stakeholders to determine and document system impacts and support requirements. You will be expected to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues, propose risk mitigation options, and provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have 12-15 years of experience, with 4-5 years specifically in BANCS, and possess skills in Oracle, Unix, and Windows scripting. Practical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, incident/problem management, demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building skills are essential. Additionally, a service-oriented attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience working on or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects simultaneously, proficiency in using basic technical tools and systems, and good interpersonal and communication skills are required. A Bachelors/University degree is a minimum requirement, with a Masters degree being preferred.
