The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in their own job and the business. The ideal candidate for this role will have 12-15 years of experience, with 4-5 years specifically in BANCS, and possess skills in Oracle, Unix, and Windows scripting. Practical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, incident/problem management, demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building skills are essential. Additionally, a service-oriented attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience working on or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects simultaneously, proficiency in using basic technical tools and systems, and good interpersonal and communication skills are required. A Bachelors/University degree is a minimum requirement, with a Masters degree being preferred.
