Incharge Partnerships

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the expansion of BHIM's user base and transaction volumes through strategic partnerships with merchants and Fintechs/PGs. Your focus will be on developing and executing strategies to scale merchants onto BHIM, ensuring seamless UPI adoption. Building and maintaining relationships with key merchant partners, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to scale merchants onto BHIM, ensuring seamless UPI adoption. - Identify key merchant partners, build relationships, and negotiate win-win agreements. - Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration. - Drive initiatives to increase user acquisition and transaction volumes through partner networks. - Work on intelligent offers to drive long-term joint goals and enhance UPI features based on the business case. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of UPI infrastructure and merchant partnerships. - Experience in stakeholder management, project and partner management, data-driven decision making, negotiation, communication, and GTM planning. - Behavioral traits including being a strategic thinker, problem-solver, execution-focused, and having an innovative mindset.,
