Role Overview: As an Inbound/Outbound Tour Executive - Sales, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tours for incoming travelers. Your role will involve handling both sales and operations effectively, requiring strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage inbound tour bookings efficiently. - Liaise with clients, hotels, transport, and vendors to ensure smooth operations of the tours. - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the duration of the tours. - Handle day-to-day operations and assist in various sales-related activities.
