Inbound

Role Overview:

The role involves handling Inbound tours, catering to foreign tourists visiting the country. The position requires expertise in creating itineraries, costings, and seamless operations across Indian destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from international agents/clients for India travel.
• Design customized itineraries covering destinations across India.
• Prepare costings, quotations, and detailed travel proposals.
• Coordinate with Indian hotels, transport vendors, guides, and local service providers.
• Provide pre-arrival and on-ground support to clients during travel in India.
• Address client queries and resolve service issues quickly.
• Maintain proper documentation of bookings, invoices, and client files.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, festivals, and new attractions across India.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian destinations, routes, and tourism products.
• Excellent communication skills (English; foreign, French language is a plus).
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Good coordination and multitasking skills under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.

·3-4 years (Executive / Sr. Executive) experience in India Inbound tours.

· Prior experience in handling international clients for India travel is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
