Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inbound Sales Representative Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions. Your role will involve closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer support into a value-generating service that is a strategic differentiator in the market. You will work with platform and software contact centers to enhance customer and agent experiences, as well as contact center performance.
