Inbound Product Manager

Role Summary As an Inbound Product Manager, you are responsible for defining the vision and managing the internal roadmap of our cloud-based SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide products from conception to launch and with business stakeholders to align product releases with customer needs and organizational goals. You Will Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide the development team. Serve as the primary liaison between the technical and business communities, ensuring teams have clarity on the scope and vision of products. Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market research to inform product strategies and enhancements. Facilitate sprint planning, review meetings, and stand-ups with the development team. Maintain the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements. Oversee development stages and anticipate client needs regarding software functionalities. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule. Provide ongoing evaluation of technology solutions and market trends to validate product roadmaps. Must-have Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience of 8+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a cloud-based SaaS environment. Understanding and experience in building SaaS with rapid app development. Experience in SaaS platforms to support business applications (e.g., compliance, emissions, and risk management in industrial and environmental monitoring) will be a big plus. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication and leadership skills to navigate complex project situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to gather and evaluate complex data. Experience working directly with design and development teams. Knowledge of user experience (UX) and software development processes. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
