Inbound Customer Services

As an Inbound Customer Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in our team by handling inbound calls from customers, understanding their transportation needs, and booking taxi services accordingly. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring smooth and efficient bookings for pickups and drop-offs. You will be expected to answer customer calls promptly and professionally, assist with taxi bookings, and process customer requests accurately and in a timely manner. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude while addressing customer inquiries is key, along with providing clear and concise information about our services and booking details. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure efficient service delivery, and you will also be responsible for handling customer concerns or issues, escalating them when necessary. The qualifications for this role include a minimum of Intermediate (12th Grade) or equivalent education, strong communication skills, and a pleasant phone manner. You should be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and possess a team-oriented mindset. Please note that this position requires onsite work and is not available for remote work.
