Job Description

Description We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our international and domestic clients. This role requires a customer-focused individual who is dedicated to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and order statuses. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Achieve individual and team performance targets for customer service metrics. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not mandatory.
