Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads through inbound calling, cold calling, and email campaigns to drive sales growth. Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and concerns. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field. Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and techniques (e.g., lead generation). Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with potential customers. Ability to work independently from home office environment.
