Description RoleWireless (WIFI) Administration Grade B2 Work Place- Mumbai/ Bangalore Role Networking engineer specializing in corporate wireless and switching support and deployment Role Description Individual providing hands-on build and escalation level support of office wired networks and WIFI infrastructure. Provides hands-on support of other networking areas such as network routing and firewalls. Role Responsibilities Manages existing wireless and switching infrastructure Involved in new office build activities for wireless and switching structuring Investigation and remediation of major infrastructure bottlenecks and problems Installation and configurations of Cisco and Aruba wireless and switching infrastructure troubleshooting major issues and working independently to resolve issues Provides on-site and remote support of the deployment and refresh of network wireless and switching hardware Involved in new build activities for installing and configuring of other network equipment including routers WAN accelerators DNS and DHCP VPN and firewalls Develop workflows process and programmable automation procedures. Recommend design and document solutions to meet identified customer requirements Prepare implementation plans for systems or solutions according to defined requirements Proactively identify gaps risks and issues and navigate organizational structure to resolve Provide advanced troubleshooting through proven technical expertise Manage the change incident and problem queue within ITIL framework. Drive vulnerability remediation for WIFI and switching infrastructure. Responsible for handling P1/Major Incident and escalated issues. Technical connect with customer in planned meetings and provide reports to stakeholders Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Support 24x7x365 global organization with a willingness to provide weekend and on-call support Role and Skillset Qualifications Excellent troubleshooting skills Proficient skillset on Cisco and Aruba wireless and switching technologies Strong understanding of DNAC CPI and WIFI technologies. Good understanding of QOS over Wireless and Network infrastructure Good knowledge on SSID policy-based shaping 802.11x NAC and ISE technologies Implementation & troubleshooting experience on Cisco NAC Cisco ASA Cisco ISR Juniper Arista Aruba Cisco Catalyst. Implementations experience of BGP OSPF EIGRP PBR Route Filtering Redistribution Summarization IP prefix-list and Static Routing. VPC MLAG VLAN Trunking VTP STP MST Ether-channels. Strong knowledge on Network & security troubleshooting packet capture analysis. Knowledge on SDWAN DNAC Python and Ansible network automation would be an advantage Vendor management skills along with timeline management to complete the activities. Named Job Posting?
