Provides hands-on support of other networking areas such as network routing and firewalls. Responsibilities: 1. User Management: Create and manage user accounts for WiFi and NAC systems. Assign roles and permissions to users based on their responsibilities. Register and manage devices connected to the network. 2. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor network activity in real-time. Log security events and system activities for analysis. Generate reports on network activity and security incidents. 3. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to Cisco ISE NAC. Collaborate with the customer's IT team to identify and troubleshoot issues.
