In-House Expert - MS Dynamics

Overview

O’Brien is seeking an experienced In-House Expert to drive the next stage of our digital transformation. This pivotal role will shape how we use Dynamics 365 and Power BI across Sales, Field Service, Project Operations, and Business Central — turning data into action and systems into seamless business tools.

The Role

You’ll lead end-to-end implementation of MS Dynamics 365, partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance data visibility, and enable smarter decision-making. Acting as the in-house subject matter expert, you’ll ensure our platforms evolve with the business and continue to deliver efficiency, governance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Field Service, Project Operations, Business Central)
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for actionable insights
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate KPIs and metrics into real-time, visual reporting
• Provide expert guidance, training, and user adoption support across teams
• Manage upgrades, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms

About You:

You’re a strategic doer, equally comfortable designing architecture and rolling up your sleeves to optimise systems. You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and bring both technical expertise and business acumen to the table.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven track record in Dynamics 365 implementation across multiple modules
• Strong Power BI skills – dashboard creation, DAX, data modelling, and integration with Dynamics 365
• Understanding of business processes across sales, projects, finance, and service operations
• Hands-on experience with configuration, workflows, APIs, and Power Automate
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred)
