Description \'* 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. * Design develop and maintain robust and efficient Oracle PL/SQL code. * Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. * Troubleshoot and optimize existing PL/SQL code for enhanced performance. * Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. * Provide technical guidance and support to team members. * Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements. * Design and implement scalable and maintainable database solutions. * Provide expertise in solution architecture discussions. * Good to Have Skills: Unix shell script AWS * Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions. * Document solution architectures coding standards and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
