IMU Global Song Digital DIS Manager

You will be responsible for building quantified business value cases that identify the value proposition that your organization can deliver to a current client/prospect using the DIS & Sales Ops offering and the levers/services that can be delivered through them. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building a quantified value proposition outlining the expected benefits for a client such as revenue increase, cost reductions, customer/partner experience enhancement, based on client maturity, industry performance, and industry trends - Developing and maintaining frameworks, toolkits, and simulators required to build business cases - Driving the pursuit team, deal team, and client buy-in into the value proposition for inclusion in client response decks and evolution into outcome-based deals - Managing a small team of value architects to deliver innovative business cases and ensure client buy-in - Assessing client maturity based on key metrics through client inputs and secondary research - Refining industry benchmarks to help assess prospects" maturity and identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with subject matter experts to refine the value proposition based on previous experience within the same industry - Innovating on the approach/process to build value propositions for clients Your professional and technical skills should include: - 8-12 years of experience in DIS or Sales Ops offering areas, with a deep understanding of the business problems client organizations face during sales motions - Experience in driving business transformation projects to deliver improvements through various levers - Familiarity with tools/technology platforms used in DIS & Sales Ops and hands-on experience with some of them - Understanding of industry-specific challenges and ability to customize approaches/value propositions accordingly - Previous experience in building business value cases/proposals highlighting Business Outcome improvements - Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience is required for this role. An MBA or equivalent from a reputable school/program is highly desirable.,
