Import–Export Executive (Female Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Import–Export Executive to handle our international trade operations. If you have strong documentation skills, excellent English communication, and a passion for global business, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day import–export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, etc.)
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and other stakeholders for smooth cargo movement
• Communicate with international suppliers and clients via professional emails and calls
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of all import–export transactions
• Assist in preparing MIS reports related to imports and exports
• Support compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other statutory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in import–export operations
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of international trade documentation & procedures
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Education

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent)
• Certification/Diploma in Import–Export (preferred)

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
