Implementation Specialist (SaaS / B2B)

As an Implementation Specialist for a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation platform in the FMCG industry, your role involves managing the end-to-end implementation process, client coordination, product configuration, data management, and ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complete client implementation and onboarding processes. - Configure software solutions according to client requirements. - Handle master data, service requests, and troubleshoot data-related issues. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams for smooth delivery. - Conduct UAT, manage go-live activities, and ensure user adoption post-deployment. - Generate client reports and provide product training and support. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with computer and mobile applications. - Understanding of FMCG business processes preferred. - Experience in SaaS implementation or client support is an added advantage. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
