Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Implementation Specialist - Card Payments, Compliance & Security located in Mumbai. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing software implementation projects, with domain expertise in Card scheme (Debit / Prepaid) including Card Issuance, Authorization, Authentication, and 3D Secure, ISO8583 protocols.

• Configure and integrate

  Card Management Systems (CMS)

  for debit and prepaid card issuance and lifecycle management. Manage

  EFT Switch

  integration for transaction routing, authorization, and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with Scheme Compliance,

  PCI DSS

  ,

  RBI DL SAR

  , and

  ISO 27001

  standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Familiarity with EMV, ISO 8583, tokenization, and encryption standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in card payments implementation and conversion
• Strong Analytical Skills and Software Implementation experience
• Experience with payment processors, fintech platforms, or banking systems
• Strong knowledge of card schemes & transaction flows.
• Proficiency in maintaining Compliance and Security standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Relevant experience in the financial or payment technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
