Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Implementation Specialist - Card Payments, Compliance & Security located in Mumbai. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing software implementation projects, with domain expertise in Card scheme (Debit / Prepaid) including Card Issuance, Authorization, Authentication, and 3D Secure, ISO8583 protocols. Configure and integrate Card Management Systems (CMS) for debit and prepaid card issuance and lifecycle management. Manage EFT Switch integration for transaction routing, authorization, and settlement. Ensure compliance with Scheme Compliance, PCI DSS , RBI DL SAR , and ISO 27001 standards throughout the implementation lifecycle. Familiarity with EMV, ISO 8583, tokenization, and encryption standards. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in card payments implementation and conversion Strong Analytical Skills and Software Implementation experience Experience with payment processors, fintech platforms, or banking systems Strong knowledge of card schemes & transaction flows. Proficiency in maintaining Compliance and Security standards Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
