Job Description

As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for resolving client solution requirements in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Your role will involve performing configurations, action installations, and attending to break/fix events related to Routing, Switching, load balancer devices, ACI, BGP EVPN VXLAN, DNAC, NAC, Wi-Fi, and Meraki. - Implementation planning & execution for interconnecting Routing, Switching, and load balancer devices - Utilizing Routing/Switching knowledge and working on technologies like BGP EVPN VXLAN and ACI - Network Automation and Assurance with DNAC, Network Access Control with NAC and ISE, Wi-Fi with Controller & Access Point, and Meraki - Documentation of technical/test lab setup, version upgrades, Network design, traffic flow, and test cases - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology - Specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems - Moderate level of experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role - Experience in engaging with clients, conducting presentations, project administration, and documentation NTT DATA is committed to diversity and inclusion, providing a workplace where you can grow, belong, and thrive.
