As a member of the Implementation team at FIS, you will play a crucial role in liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure the successful implementation of the Client Suite product in client environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assigned to highly visible, sensitive, and critical systems - Requires a minimum of five to ten years of Implementation or Conversion experience - Demonstrated ability to handle high project complexity - Project Management experience is a plus (not mandatory) - API integration experience is a plus (not mandatory) - Good communication skills with experience in handling emails and facilitating client calls - API knowledge would be an added advantage **Qualifications Required:** - Should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business - Minimum of five to ten years of Implementation or Conversion experience - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to mentor and be a role model for the team - Knowledge of API integration is an advantage In this career professional role, you will work independently with administrative supervision on highly complex projects, showcasing extensive latitude for independent judgment.
