Immigration Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Immigration team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle client queries over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding immigration and visa processes.
• Explain services related to study visas, PR, and tourist visas.
• Schedule appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Fluent in English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
• freshers can also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Should be confident and target-oriented.
