Immigration Sales Coordinator

You will be responsible for counselling the assigned enquiries and selling services of Canapprove, over the phone, by email, and in person. Once the leads are received through software, you should conduct a telephonic session. If the leads qualify, you are required to conduct a face-to-face counselling session. Your role includes making client conversions based on the assigned targets. You should provide advice on overseas options available, enabling candidates and their families to make informed decisions. It is essential to give clear and accurate information based on current immigration and visa laws and policies. Furthermore, you need to offer a fair evaluation of a candidate's profile and provide a personalized global career strategy tailored to their requirements. Achieving excellent customer service is crucial by proactively responding to client queries and advising them on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
