Your role will involve offering tailored strategies, conducting detailed consultations, and staying updated on global immigration laws and policies. It is essential to possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to learning about changing regulations, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include offering expert guidance on overseas career opportunities, conducting in-depth client consultations, recommending customized services, and developing tailored strategies based on client profiles. You will also be required to stay informed on global immigration laws and policies, provide timely responses to client inquiries, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of immigration procedures, visa processes, and international employment standards. Previous experience in migration consultancy or overseas education/career guidance is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. A proactive approach to staying informed on changing immigration regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are also key requirements. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in International Relations, HR, or a related discipline. Certification in immigration consulting or related fields would be an added advantage.
