Immigration Documentation Specialist (Trainee)

As an Immigration Documentation Specialist (Trainee) at BlueKey Immigration in Calicut, Kerala, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting clients in their immigration journey to Canada. Our Calicut office focuses on assisting clients with documentation and case processing for programs like Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) and Permanent Residency (PR). We are expanding our team in Calicut to accommodate the growing client base and maintain service excellence. Your responsibilities will include accurately completing and reviewing Canadian immigration forms, collecting and verifying client documents, ensuring submissions meet program requirements, assisting with eligibility assessments for various programs, providing guidance to clients, and maintaining client records with confidentiality. Collaboration with RCICs and Canadian legal staff will be required for document reviews and escalations, along with staying updated on immigration policy changes. To excel in this role, you should have familiarity with Canadian immigration processes and IMM form filling, strong organizational skills, excellent English communication skills, and a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned files. Prior experience in immigration consultancy or documentation handling, proficiency in MS Office, and comfort with digital file management are advantageous. This full-time position offers a starting salary of 18,000/month based on experience and is expected to begin on 01/08/2025.
