Immigration Advisor

As an Immigration Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients regarding Immigration products and services. Your role will involve staying updated on immigration rules and regulations of various countries, guiding clients through the immigration process, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Your specific responsibilities will include counseling clients through various communication channels, offering advice on visa options and eligibility criteria, and achieving revenue targets. You will also be responsible for collecting and verifying client documents, staying informed about changes in immigration laws, and addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the immigration process. In case of any challenges or issues during the immigration process, you will work with clients to find solutions and maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes. Additionally, you will be required to generate reports on immigration cases and compliance metrics, educate clients on immigration policies, procedures, and upcoming changes, and handle any other responsibilities as needed. Key Internal Interfaces: - Branch Manager - Processing Team - L&D Team - HR Team Key External Interfaces: - Clients Key Selection Criteria: Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in any stream Experience: - Minimum of 2 years in a relevant area Social Media Skills: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant software Language Skills: - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Regional language - Knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage Functional Skills: - Familiarity with immigration laws, policies, and procedures of various countries - Understanding of job market trends and employer expectations in countries under the portfolio Your role as an Immigration Advisor will require a combination of expertise in immigration laws, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex processes to provide clients with the best guidance and support throughout their immigration journey.,
