About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Gen AI Java Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Java development background and a passion for building intelligent systems using Generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications that leverage large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable Java-based applications integrated with Gen AI capabilities.

Develop APIs and services that interface with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).

Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate models into production systems.

Optimize performance and ensure reliability of AI-driven features.

Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain high code quality standards.

Stay current with advancements in Gen AI and apply them to solve real-world problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Java development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, multithreading).

Strong Experience on Java Backend, Spark, Hadoop, Spring, Hibernate, Activiti

RDBMS/ NLG / No SQL /SQL / UI Tools /Node.js / Apache Spark /Cosmos DB /Neo 4j

Good programming skills on Java & .net Tech Stacks

Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architectures).

Familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

(e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.

Good Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Experience with implementation & management of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Azure DevOps
