Immediate Requirement For Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions for future reference.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new systems and upgrades.
• Educate users on basic IT practices and software usage.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and basic network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
