Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to customer CISOs & risk teams.

Lead workshops, strategy sessions, and executive briefings on cybersecurity and risk topics.

Translate technical risks into business impacts for non-technical stakeholders.

Assess client risk posture and maturity across cybersecurity domains.

Provide guidance on regulatory compliance mainly RBI guidelines (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

Recommend improvements to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.

enterprise-grade security solutions across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

Compliance assessments and suggest best practices.

Collaborate with customer IT Security & Risk team to embed security into architecture and operations.

Skills Reqd

15+ years
of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years in a security architecture leadership role.
CISSP certification
is mandatory.
Strong understanding of
security principles
, Threat handling,
identity and access management
, and
secure system design
.
Expertise in
network security
and
endpoint protection
technologies.
Should have Hands-on experience with some of the following devices Firewall, Proxy, WAF,
SIEM
, EDR/AV.
Proven ability to
drive security initiatives independently
and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
