Your key responsibilities In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, its features, and related M365 services. Experience in installing and configuring SharePoint 2016,2019 & SE. Good troubleshooting skills in both sharepoint on-prem (2016/SE) along with SPO. Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerShell scripting & automation. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CSOM, MSMQ & Provider Hosted Apps (PHA). Intermediate experience with continuous integration systems. Understanding of multiple access and authentication models such as NTLM, Kerberos, Claims-based, ADFS, SSL, card services, TMG, UAG, etc. Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems i.e. remote access tools, Windows Support tools, connectivity tests, etc. Detailed understanding of both Classic and Modern SharePoint functionality including Lists, Document Libraries, Pages, Search, Permissions, and Settings In-depth support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support for SharePoint In-depth knowledge in troubleshooting SharePoint end user/client issues. In-depth knowledge in SharePoint permissions, webparts, lists, views and any other site level issues. Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow processes for SP support. In-depth knowledge on SharePoint support workflow, level 1, level 2 and level 3. This role is for Level 3 support.
