Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement analysis, solution design, preparation of functional specifications (FS), and validation with business stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end activities including unit testing, integration testing, go-live, and hypercare support.
Handle WRICEF objects within SAP PP, with at least
6 years of experience
, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Lead a team of 34 consultants, providing
mentorship, guidance, and review
of deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth
integration with logistics, finance, and controlling modules
.
Provide functional expertise in
controlling and product costing
processes.
Engage directly with clients, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP PP solutions.
Take full ownership of project deliverables, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across geographies, adapting to flexible work timings for global projects.
Stay updated with SAP best practices and recommend process improvements for efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience
, with at least 6 years working on WRICEF objects.
Proven experience in
leading teams
and managing deliverables end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of
integration areas
(Logistics, Finance, Controlling).
Experience in
controlling and product costing
preferred.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, client engagement, and leadership skills.
Flexibility to work in time slots aligned with global customers.
