• Eligibility: 80% above in all academic career (Mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join us as Management Trainees. This role is designed to nurture talent with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and a continuous learning attitude. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain exposure across databases, application development, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise platforms.

• Technical Fundamentals

• Experience in Some Programming Language ( Java / Python / Full-Stack)

• Experience in building UI based Applications (VB / Apex / React / any other )

• Good knowledge of SQL and good understanding of database fundamentals
• Exposure to AI solutions such as AI Agents and Agentic AI

• Good to Have :

• Familiarity with APIs and how they integrate across applications
• Hands-on experience in building integrations handling different payloads( JSON, XML, etc)
• Exposure to different Integration patterns
• Familiarity with Oracle platform and RDBMS concepts
• Active participation in any Technology events / forums ( Good to have)
• Some experience in Leading teams / initiatives in their Academic projects
