Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students about courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
• Convert leads generated through various marketing channels into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
• Understand student needs, offer appropriate course recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication (English & Tamil).
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
