Regular field visits and client meetings will be an essential part of your routine to ensure successful sales conversions. To excel in this role, you must consistently achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Providing exceptional after-sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction is a key aspect of the position. Additionally, submitting daily reports on your field activities and performance will be essential to track progress and ensure success. To be considered for this position, you must hold a graduation degree and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing. Strong communication and convincing skills are vital for this role, along with a willingness to work in a field-based capacity. Previous experience in the BFSI/Insurance sector will be advantageous.
