Roles & Responsibilities:
1 - Work with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
2 - Assist in identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
3 - Conduct basic testing of solutions to validate business requirements.
4 - Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of features or process changes.
5 - Create a basic Mock-up/Prototype to give development team an idea of the change
6 - Knowledge of e-commerce and accounting will be an advantage.
Skills:
1 - Experience with JIRA
2 - Good mathematical and analytical skills
3 - Good communication and stakeholder management skills
4 - Attention to detail
5 - Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
6 - Self-motivated and independent worker
