Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert in Advance Excel.
  • Excellent English Communication.
  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally and promptly.
  • Track sales targets, prepare reports, and assist in analyzing sales data.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, or feedback as required.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and filing is accurate and up to date.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
