Key Responsibilities: Expert in Advance Excel. Excellent English Communication. Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination. Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally and promptly. Track sales targets, prepare reports, and assist in analyzing sales data. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, or feedback as required. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events. Ensure all sales documentation and filing is accurate and up to date.
