Job Description: We are looking for Customer Success Associates to be a part of our dedicated team working on the Bird process. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling customer queries and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate information to customers, resolving their queries effectively, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. You will collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and uphold customer satisfaction. It is crucial to maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to track progress and improve service quality. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience and hold a graduate degree. Excellent communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer service orientation are essential for this role. You should also be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure, and delivering results consistently. The interview process will consist of HR Round, Operations Round, and Client Round. The compensation for this position ranges from 26,000 to 29,000 CTC per month, with rotational shifts and both-way cabs provided. The working schedule includes 5 days a week with rotational week offs.
