You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers in the tech and website process. As an experienced candidate, you will provide technical support by diagnosing the issues and recommending annual service plans and software solutions to the customers. Your primary objective will be to close sales and achieve the set targets. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound tech processes and possess the skills to effectively close calls. A fixed salary will be credited to your account on the 1st of every month, along with generous incentives based on your performance. Additionally, you will be eligible for 100% attendance incentives, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, and other lucrative incentives.
