Immediate Hiring For Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and generate leads
• Promote company products/services and explain benefits to customers
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, and customer feedback
• Participate in sales campaigns and local marketing initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• 2 to 5 years of field sales experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to work in the field
• Knowledge of the local Nagpur market is a plus
