IMC (B2C Communication)

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, your main responsibility will be to develop brand-led campaigns by collaborating with agencies to create concepts and various collaterals. You will also manage social media content and promotions, ensure customer satisfaction through in-store experiences, and handle public relations for the brand. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the brand's various IPs, liaising with vendors and agencies for campaign execution, and participating in brand research activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop brand-led campaigns by working closely with agencies to create concepts and collateral materials. - Manage social media platforms by creating content and coordinating with agencies for promotions and campaigns. - Ensure customer satisfaction through in-store experiences, catalogs, videos, and other collaterals. - Handle public relations activities for the brand. - Manage the brand's various IPs effectively. - Liaise with vendors and creative agencies to execute planned activities related to brand campaigns. - Coordinate content creation tasks such as shoots and agency collaborations. - Participate in brand research initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Essential: Graduation in any discipline with an MBA in Marketing. - Preferred: Graduation in any discipline with a Masters in Marketing (Specialization in Advertising/Communications/Digital Marketing). Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience, including at least 7 years in social media management. Special skills required for this role include result orientation with execution excellence, innovation, customer-centricity, drive collaboration, and effective communication and engagement with multiple stakeholders.,
