As a School Nurse, you will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students and staff members in a school and hostel. Your main duties will include assessing and treating minor injuries and illnesses, administering medications, and promoting health education. Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff members Assess and treat minor injuries and illnesses Administer medications and maintain accurate records Monitor and manage chronic health conditions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized healthcare plans Promote health education and preventive care Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment Keep updated medical records and documentation Requirements: A.N.M / G.N.M / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized university Previous experience in a school is preferred Excellent communication skills
