IIT Mathematics Foundation Teacher

Role Overview: As a Mathematics Teacher for the IIT-Foundation Program, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and preparing students from classes VI to X for future IIT-JEE entrance exams. Your strong conceptual understanding of mathematics and ability to simplify complex topics will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver IIT Foundation level mathematics classes for students of Grades VI to X. - Develop and implement micro-level lesson plans aligned with the IIT Foundation curriculum. - Prepare students for competitive exams with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving. - Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assessments to track student progress. - Provide individual support and doubt-clearing sessions as required. - Coordinate with academic coordinators and report progress periodically. - Encourage logical thinking and analytical skills through classroom activities. - Maintain academic records and participate in parent meetings as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mathematics or a related field. - B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory. - Minimum 2 years of experience in IIT-Foundation or competitive coaching institutions. - Strong communication and classroom management skills. - Passion for teaching and student development. - Familiarity with NCERT and competitive syllabus alignment. - Immediate joiners preferred.,
