IGCSE Primary coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IGCSE Early years and Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic planning, implementation, and delivery of the Cambridge IGCSE-aligned curriculum at the primary level (typically Year 1–5 or equivalent). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, curriculum expertise, and the ability to mentor and support teachers while maintaining a student-centered learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead curriculum planning and implementation in line with the IGCSE framework (Years 1–5). Supervise, mentor, and guide primary school teachers to ensure high teaching standards. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate assessments, student progress tracking, and reporting systems. Organize and facilitate teacher training and professional development sessions. Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive academic excellence. Act as the primary point of contact for curriculum-related communication with parents. Ensure compliance with Cambridge curriculum and examination standards. Support integration of 21st-century skills, digital tools, and differentiated learning. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B. Ed) or equivalent; Master’s preferred. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience; 2+ years in a leadership/coordinator role. Familiarity with the IGCSE / Cambridge Primary Curriculum. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Passionate about student-centered and inquiry-based learning.
