IGC Rule Coding Sr. Analyst

As a leading global investment management firm, you will be joining AB as an Investment Guideline Compliance Analyst in Nashville, TN. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and complete investment guideline compliance for regulatory and client-based constraints across Fixed Income, Equity, and Multi-Asset portfolios. The Investment Guideline Compliance (IGC) team plays a crucial role in maintaining and monitoring key investment guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interpret guidelines, code rules, and perform ad hoc functions related to Investment Compliance tasks. - Learn various compliance platforms and regulatory/client guideline requirements. - Communicate effectively with internal and external clients. - Support Client Guideline Management activities including documentation reviews, rule coding implementation, trade compliance, and portfolio compliance functions. - Test and implement new investment restrictions across compliance systems. - Perform data integrity checks and address gaps with Data Management and Technology. - Produce reports, maintain records, and respond to inquiries regarding investment guideline compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred. Non-finance degree candidates with 2/3 years of finance experience will be considered. - Proficiency in Excel required. Experience with investment compliance tools is a plus. - Familiarity with Fixed Income instruments, investment fund regulations, and ESG screening data preferred. - Progress towards or completion of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program is a plus. - Technical skills including SQL or MS Access are advantageous.
