We make high-yield corporate bonds, NCDs, and corporate fixed deposits accessible to retail and HNI investors all through a platform that prioritizes transparency, simplicity, and investor-first thinking. The Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Finzace for our investors building trust, understanding their financial goals, and recommending tailored fixed-income solutions (especially bonds!). Youll drive conversions while nurturing long-term client relationships. What You&aposll Do:Client Relationships: Engage with HNIs/UHNIs, understand their investment needs, and offer curated bond/NCD solutions. Sales & Conversion: Close deals via phone, WhatsApp, and email while hitting revenue targets. Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of fixed-income instruments (bonds are a must!) to guide investors. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance investor experience. Growth Path: Transition into leadership within 612 months as we scale. Who You Are:Experience: 13 years fixed income investments expertise and a proven closing track record. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of fixed-income instruments (especially bonds!). Communication: Fluent in English & Hindi you simplify complex finance for clients.
