Role & responsibilities Acquire New IFA to achieve set AUM target Ensure all the paper work for the IFA acquired is done including Referral Agreement registration Visit IFA mapped at Pre-Defined frequency and ensure that he is well trained in all Axis Products and processes and cross sell any third Party PMS if any Ensure proper hand holding is done for new IFAs to ensure that he can smoothly excel the business with Axis Securities Ltd. Training of the IFAs to cross sell AUM products of ASL Working on the existing Franchisee network of ASL in pre-defined territory to cross sell AUM products Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream NISM Certification preferred Great Interpersonal skills should be confident and have high energy levels Proven years of Work Experience in same or related field
