Job Description

As an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for defining warranty offerings, running outsourced after-sales warranty support and entitlement programs, evaluating customer feedback and planned versus actual costs of warranty coverage, utilizing warranty data analytics to reduce costs and enhance product quality, increasing recoveries from suppliers, and designing and deploying warranty solutions. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Warranty Analytics, Automotive Warranty, Scripting, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering/SQL, Databricks, and ML. Your commitment to quality, adaptability, agility for quick learning, ability to work well in a team, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success. In this position, you will be required to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, interact with peers within Accenture, and potentially engage with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction on daily tasks and a moderate level of guidance on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and may also influence the work of others. This role may involve serving as an individual contributor and/or overseeing a small work effort and/or team. A minimum qualification of Any Graduation is required for this position at Accenture.,
