Role Overview: As an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures, and policies. You will help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected, assisting HR in transitioning from an operational to a tactical or strategic partner. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems - Interact with peers within Accenture on a daily basis before updating supervisors - Have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management - Receive moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments - Make decisions that impact your own work and potentially the work of others - Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work - Be prepared to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 3 to 5 years of experience - Proficiency in HR Analytics, specifically in Workday and Workday Advanced Reporting - Adaptable, flexible, and able to work well in a team - Commitment to quality and agility for quick learning - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that the above description is tailored to the role at Accenture and the responsibilities may vary based on the specific project or team assignment.,
